Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selection
Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained during service
Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when needed
Process bills and handle payments (cash/card) accurately
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
Assist with closing duties: cleaning tables, resetting, and general restaurant upkeep
