Job Description

Greeting and Seating Guests

: Welcome customers as they arrive, guide them to their tables, and present menus.

Taking Orders

: Accurately note food and drink orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen staff.

Serving Food and Beverages

: Deliver meals and drinks to tables promptly and ensure that customers have everything they need during their meal.

Customer Interaction

: Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and provide recommendations based on menu items.

Processing Payments

: Prepare and present bills to customers, handle cash and credit transactions, and provide change as necessary.

Maintaining Cleanliness

: Clear tables after guests leave, reset tables for the next customers, and maintain a clean dining area.

Customer Service Skills

: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact positively with guests and handle complaints effectively.

Attention to Detail

: Ability to remember orders and ensure accuracy in serving food and beverages.

Multitasking Ability

: Capable of managing multiple tables and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Stamina

: Endurance to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays of food and drinks.

Teamwork

: Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other waiters to ensure smooth service
