Waiter
Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and polite Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Sakura restaurant in sharjah .
The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner
Present menus and answer questions about dishes and ingredients
Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them to the kitchen
Serve meals and drinks efficiently and professionally
Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-organized
Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely
Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
Previous experience in a restaurant or cafe (Japanese or Asian cuisine is a plus)
Presentable appearance and positive attitude
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
Must be currently in the UAE and ready to join immediately
