Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and attentive
Waiter / Waitress
to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers promptly and courteously Present menus and answer questions about menu items Take food and drink orders accurately Serve food and beverages in a timely manner Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction Handle payments and process transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area Follow health and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a waiter/waitress or customer service role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and customer-focused attitude Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays when needed
