The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be attentive to detail, and possess a strong customer service orientation.Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Provide detailed menu knowledge. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly. Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of food and beverage service. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. A team player with a passion for customer satisfaction.
