Job Key Details:
- Welcome guests warmly upon their arrival
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus, ensuring a positive first impression
- Offer detailed information about menu items, daily specials, and any food and beverage promotions
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Communicate order information to the kitchen team
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor table cleanliness and promptly clear dirty dishes and glassware
- Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
- The applicant must have at least 5 years of practical experience in the same field
- Good customer service orientation, with the ability to handle various guest preferences and requests
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Should have a positive and approachable attitude, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Should be able to handle busy shifts effectively
- Must be presentable and good looking
- Should be ready to work in a South Indian Restaurant
- Must be currently available in the UAE
