Job Description
We are looking for a Waiters for our Company. Specific responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare dining/mess hall, including all necessary mis-en-place for service; serve customers in a professional, efficient and courteous manner and adhere to the highest possible standard of service.
- Ensure prompt, efficient and quality service to customers as per the required standards advised by superiors.
- Prepare the dining room for meal service
- Check silverware, cups, glasses, dishes, napkins, placemats and other supplies at their designated locations.
- Set tables to laid-down standards; ensure that all items used are clean, undamaged and in a good working condition.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with laid-down standards, but above all in a professional, courteous manner.
- Clean tables and ensure they are cleaned as soon as it is apparent that customers have finished their food or drink with an acceptable balance between speed, yet allowing customers to finish their meal without feeling rushed. Return the empty dishes to dishwashing area.
- Clean the dining room and service counters between each meal period.
- Minimum two year experience in hotels / restaurant or catering companies
- Good communication skills
