What you'll do (key responsibilities)
Own the floor:
greet, seat, and manage guest flow; coordinate with FOH/BOH and shisha team.
Drive sales:
proactive table touches, menu storytelling, bundles/upsells (e.g., premium shisha, hot chocolate special, dessert pairings).
Set the vibe:
keep energy high, be naturally
funny (appropriately witty)

Quality & speed:
ensure courses land on time; handle VIPs, large groups, and recover service hiccups fast.
Payments & tech:
handle POS, split bills, Apple/Google Pay; support social/QR ordering as needed.
Standards & safety:
uphold hygiene, shisha safety, and brand guidelines; close-of-day cash/tip recon.
Reporting:
end-of-shift sales summary vs targets; guest feedback & hit-list for the next day.
Must-have qualifications
3-5+ years
premium casual or upscale lounge experience in the UAE (shisha venue experience is a big plus).
Documented
upselling success
(e.g., +15-30% check uplift, high dessert/shisha conversion).
Bilingual:
English required;
Arabic
strongly preferred.
Charisma & humor:
warm presence, tasteful banter, confident on a busy floor.
Strong menu knowledge (grill, Arabic mezze, specialty beverages) +

Right to freelance
