We are seeking a vibrant individual to play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibility will be to ensure each guest has a memorable dining experience through attentive and personalized care.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner as they enter the restaurant.
Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
Provide recommendations and describe menu items to guests.
Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
Anticipate guests' needs and fulfill special requests.
Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals.
Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and work stations.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service.
Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism at all times.
Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
