Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Provide menu guidance and inform guests about specials or promotions
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, accommodating special requests
• Communicate guest orders to the kitchen and ensure timely service
• Handle guest concerns courteously and efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, and allergen details
• Ensure compliance with local laws on age requirements for serving alcohol

Governance & Standards

• Follow Jumeirah's service protocols and grooming standards
• Adhere to food hygiene and safety regulations

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a luxury hotel
• Basic Food and Hygiene Training
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High customer service orientation and attention to detail
• Culturally aware and adaptable in a diverse team
