Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner
Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
Serve food and drinks promptly and according to service standards
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle requests efficiently
Process bills and payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
Requirements
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hospitality venue preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Well-groomed appearance and professional behavior
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
