Key Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently take customer orders.
Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
Answer questions about the menu, ingredients, and promotions.
Ensure tables are clean and properly set before, during, and after service.
Handle payments via cash or electronic systems.
Report any customer complaints or issues promptly to management.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all menu items, specials, and venue policies.
Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the management team.
Requirements
:
Fluent in Russian language skills are strong plus
Experience working in bars, nightclubs, or a fast-paced hospitality environment (preferred)
Friendly, talkative, and confident communicator
High energy and a professional appearance
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Team player with a positive attitude
