What You'll Do

• Welcome guests warmly and provide an exceptional hospitality experience.
• Present menus, explain items, and assist guests in making food and beverage selections.
• Accurately take and process orders through the POS system.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining professional standards.
• Ensure tables are set, cleared, and cleaned before and after guest use.
• Upsell food and beverage options to maximize sales.
• Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area at all times.
• Follow hygiene, grooming, health, and safety regulations.
• Support stock rotation, replenishment, and inventory tasks.
• Assist colleagues during busy periods or special events to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B or hospitality, with cinema or restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Adherence to hygiene and grooming standards at all times.
