The Waiter is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Process payments and provide accurate change or receipts.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience as a waiter/server is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems (an advantage).
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to carry trays, plates, and beverages safely.

Pay: KD200.000 - KD220.000 per month
