About the Job: An opportunity has arisen for a Waiter to join Food & Beverage in Jumeirah Muscat Bay. The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Must be comfortable discussing food and wine choices with guests in detail. To control usage of all food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools and service equipment. To ensure the food pick up and service is impeccable and completed in a timely manner. Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotelaEUR(TM)s point-of-sales system. Responsible for setting up tables, serving food and beverage to guests, and clearing/cleaning tables. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
