Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and experienced

Waiter/Waitress

who is fluent in

both English and Russian

to join our team at our restaurant located in

Dubai Marina

. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly in both English and Russian. Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and beverages professionally and timely. Ensure guests' needs are met throughout their dining experience. Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints politely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and service stations. Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service. Upsell additional products when appropriate. Follow all restaurant policies, health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-quality restaurant. Fluent in

English and Russian

(both spoken and written). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Presentable appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work flexible shifts (weekends, evenings, holidays). Knowledge of basic food and beverage menus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Previous experience working in Dubai Marina or similar upscale locations. Knowledge of POS systems.
