Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly mannerPresent menus and explain menu items to customersTake accurate food and beverage ordersServe food and drinks promptly and professionallyEnsure tables are clean, set, and well-maintainedHandle customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteouslyProcess bills and handle cash or card paymentsFollow hygiene, safety, and service standardsCoordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely serviceRequirements:Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferredGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-oriented and team playerBasic knowledge of food and beverages
