This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. As a Waiter at CITY SEASONS HOTELS, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Key duties include assisting guests with menu selection, ensuring prompt and professional service, maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, and coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming and satisfactory dining experience.
Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations to ensure proper handling and presentation of food.
Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with guests and team members.
Basic knowledge of Cooking and food standards is an advantage.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and take instructions from supervisors.
Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to solving problems.
