Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food & beverages
Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and organized at all times
Provide excellent customer service and handle guest requests politely
Communicate clearly with kitchen and service staff
Process bills and handle payments when required
Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant service standards
Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress (minimum 1-2 years)
Good English communication skills
Strong customer service mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with attention to detail
Flexible with shifts, including weekends/holidays
