Roles & Responsibilities
1. Guest Service
Greet guests warmly and escort them to assigned tables.
Present menus, explain specials, and answer menu-related questions.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and repeat them to confirm.
Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly.
Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints politely and escalate when necessary.
2. Table Management
Set up tables with linens, cutlery, glassware, and condiments.
Ensure tables remain clean, tidy, and well-organized during service.
Clear plates and reset tables efficiently after guests leave.
3. Order Handling
Enter orders into the POS system accurately.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely order preparation.
Serve dishes to the correct guests following service sequence standards.
4. Sales & Upselling
Suggest additional items such as appetizers, beverages, or desserts.
Promote special dishes and seasonal offers.
5. Hygiene & Safety
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Maintain personal grooming and a clean uniform.
Report any hazards, broken equipment, or safety issues.
6. Payment Processing
Present bills, process payments, and return change/receipts accurately.
Handle cash, card, or digital payments responsibly.
7. Teamwork
Assist colleagues during busy periods.
Communicate customer needs to kitchen and service teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,250.00 per month
