Waiter
Job Description
We're looking for energetic and customer-focused Waiters to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our high standards of service.
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicating effectively with kitchen staff
Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards
Anticipate guest needs and respond efficiently to requests or concerns
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations
Process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly
Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience
Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for various services or events
Adapt to changing needs during busy periods, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in hospitality within 5 hotel preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of food and beverage menus, with a willingness to learn and expand expertise
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 per month
