Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve meals promptly Assist in food preparation when needed, including basic kitchen duties like cutting, cleaning, and plating Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tables and kitchen areas are tidy Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Upsell food and beverage items where appropriate Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Waitress in a restaurant environment Basic kitchen skills and experience in food preparation Knowledge of Turkish cuisine is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to handle busy environments with a positive attitude Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
