Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent dining experiences for our client. The ideal candidate will ensure that guests are served promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a courteous and timely manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, daily specials, and promotions. Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff. Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently and in the correct order. Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and handle any requests or complaints promptly. Process bills, accept payments, and issue receipts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and dining spaces. Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations. Work collaboratively with other team members and support restaurant operations as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
