Waiter
Job Description
Greets customers and offers restaurant or cafe menus, answers questions about menu offerings, processes food and drink orders, carries food and drinks from kitchen to tables, and prepares bills and process payments.
The duties and responsibilities of a Waiter/Waitress include welcoming and seating guests, taking guest orders, communicating them effectively to the kitchen and in addition, memorizing the menu and offering recommendations to upsell appetizers, desserts, or drinks.
Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, offer recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages.
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar.
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on customers during and after meals.
Handle guest complaints or feedback professionally and report to the supervisor if necessary.
Work collaboratively with other waiters, chefs, and management to provide smooth service.
Attend daily briefings to understand menu changes, promotions, and special requests.
Communicate guest preferences, allergies, or complaints to the appropriate department.

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
