Positions Available: Barista | Waiter | Kitchen Assistant
Location: Jumeirah, Dubai
Salary Range: AED 2,500-3,500/month
Employment Type: Full-time
ORTO Cafe is expanding its team and is currently hiring Baristas, Waiters, and Kitchen Assistants with proven experience in the UAE hospitality sector. We are looking for professionals who have worked in specialty coffee shops and understand the pace, quality, and guest expectations of premium service environments.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE
Background in specialty coffee shops or premium hospitality
Currently based in Dubai or available for immediate relocation
Role Requirements:
Barista
Skilled in espresso preparation, milk texturing, and manual brewing methods
Strong understanding of coffee profiles and consistency standards
Professional demeanor and speed during service
Waiter
Excellent guest interaction and service etiquette
Ability to manage orders, communicate with kitchen, and maintain table standards
Kitchen Assistant
Familiarity with food prep, hygiene protocols, and kitchen support tasks
Ability to follow instructions and maintain pace during peak hours
General Requirements:
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Presentable, punctual, and team-oriented
Must be UAE-experienced and available for immediate joining
