Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and present menus. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar. Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally. Ensure tables are set up neatly and maintained throughout service. Respond to guest inquiries and provide recommendations. Process guest bills and handle payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area. Follow hotel service standards, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a 4- or 5-star hotel or upscale restaurant preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food and beverage menu items. Positive attitude, well-groomed, and team-oriented. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
