Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive; escort them to their table.
Present menus and help guests with information about dishes, specials, ingredients, and recommendations.
Serve food and beverages in a timely and organized manner, according to restaurant standards.
Ensure guests requests are attended to quickly, maintain satisfaction during the dining experience.
Clear tables, clean dishes, cutlery and glasses; reset tables for new guests.
Maintain cleanliness and order in dining area, service stations, and throughout shift.
Handle guest complaints or issues politely and escalate to management when needed.
Adhere to restaurant policies, food safety, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Skills & Qualifications
Ability to work under pressure in a fast?paced environment.
Well presented, polite, patient, with a friendly manner.
Physical ability: standing for long periods; carrying trays; lifting to a reasonable limit.

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,400.00 per month
