WAITER

Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
as they enter the restaurant.Answer customer inquiries
about the menu, specials, or promotions.Take customer orders
accurately via POS (Point of Sale) system or by phone.Input orders into the system
, ensuring all details (including special requests) are noted.Process payments
through cash, credit card, or digital payments, ensuring accuracy.Issue receipts and provide the correct change
to customers.Maintain the cash register
by ensuring it's stocked with the necessary change and supplies.Balance cash drawers
at the beginning and end of each shift, checking for discrepancies.Assist with packaging food
for takeout or delivery orders, ensuring accuracy.Ensure food orders are complete
(including sides, drinks, and condiments) and ready for customers.Monitor customer satisfaction
, handling any complaints or issues politely.Upsell additional items
(e.g., drinks, desserts, sides) when appropriate to increase sales.Promote special offers
