We are looking for a native Swahili speaker.
BASIC FUNCTION:
To ensure and serve all the Food & Beverage to all the guests in the restaurant in a timely manner. Efficient order taking with suggestive and upselling techniques. Follows all the standards operating procedure as designed as well the hygienic standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for maintaining service standards in accordance with established policies and procedures. Responsible for ensuring that the guest receives the highest possible level of service to maintain overall satisfaction on a consistent basis. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of operating and storage areas. Responsible to follow operating standards design to improve department performance. Responsible for coordination with supervisors for breakfast, lunch and dinner service. Responsible for the timely delivery of Food & Beverages. Fill-up summary sheet. To be thoroughly familiar with the menu, beverages & prices. To keep the Supervisor inform of all issues of interest relating to the department which they should be aware of. To attend on the job training sessions as may be assigned. To attend the daily briefings for upcoming events. To maintain grooming consistent basis
