Waiter
Job Description
Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about food and beverages.
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Check on customers during meals to ensure satisfaction.
Clear tables, clean dining areas, and reset tables for the next guests.
Process bills, handle cash/card payments, and return change.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
