We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused
Waiter
to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and escort guests to their tables.
Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items.
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure tables are clean and properly set.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely.
Process payments and maintain accurate billing.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a customer service role (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
