to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide excellent service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming attitude. Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff. Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally. Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any requests. Clear tables, reset for the next guests, and maintain a clean dining area. Handle guest payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced restaurant is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong customer service skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
