Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner. Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and make recommendations. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar. Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal. Check in with guests to address any concerns or special requests. Clear and reset tables efficiently. Handle payments and process transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
