Job Summary:

The Waiter plays a crucial role in delivering the exceptional Al Hallab dining experience. You will be the face of our service, ensuring that guests feel welcomed, served efficiently, and leave satisfied. You are expected to maintain the highest standards of customer service, product knowledge, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a warm and professional manner upon arrival. Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations when requested. Serve food and drinks in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with meals and service. Process guest bills accurately and handle cash/card payments. Set up and clear tables following hygiene and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including dining tables and service stations. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Uphold the image and reputation of Al Hallab Restaurant by demonstrating excellent personal grooming and a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good memory and attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team and under pressure. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic understanding of food and beverage safety.

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED2,400.00 per month
