Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused

Waiter

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and courteously Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about the menu Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally Process bills and payments accurately using POS systems Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining and service areas Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure efficient operations Follow health and safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and customer service skills Basic math and cash handling skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Familiarity with POS systems Bilingual or multilingual a plus
