Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused
Waiter/Waitress
to join our team at Tangerine Restaurant. The ideal candidate will provide excellent dining service to our guests, ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience.Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a courteous and timely manner Present menu, provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about ingredients or specials) Take accurate food and drink orders using POS system Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally Monitor guests' needs and ensure satisfaction throughout their meal Handle complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary Clear tables, clean dining area, and reset for the next guests Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service Follow all hygiene and safety regulations Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Requirements
Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Presentable appearance and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of food and beverage menus Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Team player with attention to detail
