We are currently looking for a professional and experienced Waiter with a strong background in Japanese cuisine to join our team. If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and in-depth knowledge of Japanese food and dining etiquette, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter in a Japanese restaurant
Strong knowledge of Japanese dishes (sushi, sashimi, ramen, teppanyaki, etc.)
Ability to recommend dishes and explain ingredients confidently to guests
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (Japanese language skills are a plus)
Presentable, professional, and customer-focused
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a warm and friendly manner
Provide detailed information about the menu and make recommendations
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
