Key Responsibilities:

Guest Reception:

Greet and escort customers to their tables, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Menu Presentation:

Present menus, provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and potential allergens, and offer recommendations.

Order Management:

Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or order slips, and relay them to the kitchen staff.

Service Delivery:

Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.

Customer Engagement:

Monitor guest satisfaction, address any concerns or complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience.

Billing and Payment:

Deliver checks, process payments, and handle cash or credit transactions accurately.

Table Maintenance:

Clear and clean tables after guests depart, reset tables for new guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.

Collaboration:

Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service and order accuracy.

Compliance:

Required Skills:
