Job Description

WAITER

The Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service to restaurant guests by taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers as they arrive and show them to their table.

Present menus and offer recommendations based on customer preferences.

Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.

Ensure all guest orders are delivered promptly and correctly.

Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

Use point-of-sale (POS) systems to input orders and process payments.

Handle special requests and dietary requirements with attention to detail.

Set up tables with appropriate cutlery, glassware, and napkins.

Clear tables between courses and at the end of meals.

Keep the dining area clean and organized throughout the shift.

Assist other wait staff when necessary, especially during busy periods.

Communicate effectively with the team and follow instructions from the shift supervisor or manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience as a waiter in a restaurant setting is preferred with at least 1 year of UAE Experience

Preferred only for Male Arab Candidates

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and professional appearance.

SALARY:

AED 1500+ Food+ Accomodation+Transportation
