Job Description
Role Purpose
The Waiter is responsible for providing high standards of customer service to ensure all guests have a memorable dining experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure that the highest standards of service is demonstrated at all times
Have a thorough knowledge of policies and procedures, and operational manual
Appear to work on time wearing the appropriate uniform
Abide to rules and regulations on grooming and appearance
Have a thorough knowledge of menu items and preparation methods
Greet customers as they settle down and introducing them to the menu
Take the customers' orders and delivering them to the kitchen staff for preparation
Confirm that the food items match the orders and delivering them at the tables
Inquire if the customers are satisfied and handle any complaint professionally
Give bills and process payments
Clean and re-set his/her working area
Communicate with the manager any challenges, guest comments and other relevant information in order to resolve any difficulties in the best way possible
Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships, attend and participate in daily briefings, trainings and other meetings as scheduled.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
