Job Description
Meshico group is looking for an experienced Waiters with +2 years of proven experience working in Fine-Dining restaurants in Dubai.
*Duties and responsibilities
To be familiar with the composition of all menu products
Follows the sequence of service at all time, focused on high experience standers
To serve beverages and plates in accordance with standards, but above all in a professional, courteous manner
To ensure that customers are correctly charged, present the bill and take payment from the customer honestly
Ensures best practices and continuously seeks to improve existing standards and procedures and communicates to the Manager
Highly visible within his or her area, approachable to both guests and his superiors during operations
Interacts with his/her teammates and managers in order to improve service and communication
Qualifications
. Neat appearance and exceptional grooming habits for a professional presence
. A friendly personality who enjoys dealing with a variety of different people
Pleasant demeanor and temperament with a strong focus on customer service
Flexible schedule for nights, weekends, holidays, and/or split shifts as necessary
Knowledge and experience in upselling
His/her should have previous training and a minimum of 2 years of experience
