We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused
Waiter/Waitress
to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables
Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages
Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle requests or concerns politely
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
Prepare tables by setting up linens, cutlery, and glassware
Process payments and issue receipts when required
Follow restaurant policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not mandatory
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and customer-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
