Provide friendly, attentive, and professional table service at all times Present menus, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages to guests Offer recommendations on beverages, teas, coffees, and other menu items based on guest preferences Coordinate with the shisha team and other service staff to ensure timely and seamless service Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of the dining and lounge areas Handle guest requests efficiently and resolve minor issues to ensure guest satisfaction Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards set by the establishment Process payments accurately and maintain proper billing procedures Support team members during busy periods to maintain smooth operations Deliver exceptional table service by providing knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and ensuring a welcoming, comfortable, and guest-focused dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a lounge, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a high-traffic environment Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards Positive attitude, teamwork approach, and a professional appearance Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
