Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused
Waiter/Server
to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent dining service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and present menus. Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen. Serve food and beverages in a professional manner. Ensure tables are clean and set up correctly. Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals. Handle customer complaints or requests promptly and politely. Process payments using POS systems. Follow food safety and hygiene regulations. Work with team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is a plus (but not required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. Basic math skills for handling payments. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
