Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously Ensure tables are clean and properly set Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with grace Process payments and maintain accurate billing Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Required Qualities:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask and work under pressure Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Team player with a willingness to learn Basic math skills for handling payments Previous experience in hospitality is a plus, but not required
