Job Description
We are looking for a
dedicated and customer-focused Waiter
to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to guests, ensure smooth dining operations, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy. Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and promptly handle any complaints or requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and service stations. Process bills and handle payments efficiently. Comply with food safety, hygiene, and service standards at all times. Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment. Basic English communication skills required; additional languages are a plus.
