Job Description
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused
Waiter
to join our team. The ideal candidate should be locally available and have prior experience working in the Gulf region, preferably in a casual dining or fine dining restaurant.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and dining sections. Handle guest complaints politely and efficiently. Process payments and issue receipts accurately. Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards as per company policies. Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum
1-2 years of Gulf experience
in a similar role (restaurant or hotel) Locally available and ready to join immediately or on short notice. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English (Arabic knowledge is a plus). Presentable, courteous, and customer-service oriented. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.Job Type: Full-time
