Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-presented and customer-focused

Waitress

to join our team at

. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service, ensure guest satisfaction, and represent the brand's hospitality values. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and friendly dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude. Present menus, explain items when needed, and take accurate food and drink orders. Serve dishes, beverages, and Arabic desserts efficiently and professionally. Monitor guest experience and respond to additional requests or concerns. Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and service stations before and after use. Follow hygiene and safety regulations at all times. Assist in setting up and preparing the dining area before service. Handle POS transactions, issue bills, and process payments accurately. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service during busy hours. Uphold company policies, dress code, and grooming standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant, cafe, or hospitality setting (minimum 1 year preferred). Good communication skills and a friendly personality. Knowledge of Arabic cuisine or desserts is an advantage. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Well-groomed with a professional appearance. Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic knowledge of POS systems is preferred.
