1.0 First class food and service, you are to live and breathe the brand ethos and standards expectations as laid out in our operational SOP, this is the guide for you to deliver the expectation how this is translated to the guest relies on your personality and desire to be the best

1.1 Guest interaction will be at the heart of your role and you must be comfortable speaking, interacting, recommending and taking care of our guests through every stage of the guest journey with us

1.2 You must know our food and drinks menu inside out with everything carrying out your duties in full and comfortable conversing with our valued customers and you must be clean and presentable at all times

1.3 You have a unique position within the restaurant to interact directly with our guests as you conduct your work, and if you notice any issues with them or their service or specific guests then if you can it is expected to resolve this issue, as we never ignore a problem, however if you can't resolve the issue you must report it to a manager asap

1.4 We treat every guest with respect at all times and you have a responsibility to be warm and smile with them to make them feel at ease, this is sometimes difficult but you have to deliver this expectation even during peak service

1.5 You have to be comfortable working as part of a team to be a successful waiter within organization as we demand this from you and your colleagues to work together ensuring the guest need comes first, however you will also be expected to function without too much close supervision and give your guests the attention we demand in order to deliver the first class service standards we demand

1.6 You listen and action any points of communication relevant to you and your section from your line manager

1.7 All official paperwork for example, restaurant and your section opening and closing check lists are managed and completed within the timescales expected without compromise within your field of operation

1.8 Any guest complaints are logged formally with the management and if needed a statement of events is recorded from you

1.9 All guest checks are accompanied with the requisite comment cards and you are to make sure these are completed for every guest served, this also includes directing the guest to leave comments on social media hubs to promote the operation

2.0 You will be offered the opportunity through structured objectives and job assessments to progress and undertake the next position available to you in the operational structure, it is up to you to use any opportunity provided to you to learn and develop your skills in order to progress

2.1 We instil a strong team ethic in organization and there is an expectation that as you become more experienced in this role you take on more responsibility and this includes

Experience:

Fluency in Arabic & English is mandatory.

One to two years of employment in a related position in an international environment

Must be able to work as a team
