Key Responsibilities

Guest Reception:

Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.

Menu Presentation:

Present menus and provide detailed explanations of menu items, including specials and recommendations, showcasing a deep understanding of the cuisine and ingredients.

Order Management:

Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements and preferences are noted and communicated to the kitchen staff.

Service Excellence:

Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, using proper serving techniques and ensuring the correct presentation of dishes.

Guest Engagement:

Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, anticipating their needs and providing personalized service throughout their dining experience.

Collaboration:

Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient and timely service.

Table Maintenance:

Ensure all tables are properly set with clean linens, polished silverware, and pristine glassware, adhering to the restaurant's standards of presentation.

Issue Resolution:

Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly and courteously, seeking assistance from the restaurant management team when necessary.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the restaurant.
Qualifications

Experience:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred.

Communication Skills:

Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus specially Arabic.

Professionalism:

Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.

Teamwork:

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
